Children's Ministries Registration

The 2010 Children’s Ministries Registration Form will serve to register your child or children for Wee Adventure, Great Adventure XD or Samuel’s Call Sunday School classes and/or any of our Children’s Summer Activities.

This form must be submitted for your child to attend St. Luke's Children's Summer Activities. To register your child, complete the form below and press submit.

We are no longer accepting online registrations for Vacation Bible School. If you wish for your child to attend, we will have sign-up tables in the Narthex and Fellowship Hall on Sunday morning, July 18th. If you are unable to sign-up on Sunday, please allow extra time on Monday at drop off time to complete all necessary paperwork.
